The opening of
the park in Salavat Kupere is the main exam of our big two–year work.
Previously, in the residential complex, where almost 30 thousand people live,
there was no park to relax with the family. I hope the residents of the
district will like the new park, because we always consult with Kazan residents
about new parks and squares.
This park is really
special for us. This is probably the first time we are turning a 6-hectare
wasteland into a park. And this was not just a wasteland, but a construction
site with a complex terrain that has been formed for decades. The creative
charm of the profession of builders, those people who are engaged in improvement
is to see the improvements, and then to see happy children, young trees that
will surely grow together with our children, young Kazan residents. And this
park will be filled with life.
The new public
space in Salavat Kupere comprises areas for outdoor activities and recreation–
children's and sports grounds, a promenade, an amphitheater and a cultural
center, observation decks, dog walking grounds.
We hope that the
program of events here will be no less interesting than in other parks, so that
citizens, coming here, feel like residents of the capital of the republic of
Tatarstan.
