Of course, it's very difficult for us to compete with European cities, such as Strasbourg, with their incredible atmosphere and cultural background. However, Kazan is a city, which is absorbing and adapting the best ideas from around the world.

The uniqueness of our city lies in the fact that it is on the road that connected East and West more than three thousand years ago. Merchant cargoes went along this path but it was important not only for the development of the economy. Culture, traditions, and lifestyle of the West and the East met on this road. And Kazan has long been considered the place of their meeting.
