Many of the programs implemented in Kazan are intended to ensure that children in our city have equal conditions, regardless of the level of prosperity of their families and parents' employment. We are keenly aware that by investing in the future of children we shape the future of our city, republic and even the country. That is why I am convinced that it is necessary to revive the tradition of the functioning of youth clubs in the residential areas in Kazan.
This is very important: children should have the opportunity to engage in various sections without having to go outside their district. If a child is really interested in something, we have to provide him with such institutions, in which he can go after school to do his favorite things: hockey, football, journalism, chess. We ourselves have grown in such clubs, we were making friends, socializing, learning something new. It is very pleasing that the experience of the past revived in Kazan.
I am grateful to the President of RT, who launched the support program of overhaul of socially significant facilities - and it's a difficult crisis year! This shows how youth clubs are in demand.
