10 million roubles are allocated to repair damaged infrastructure in Kazan parks

The certification of social spaces is conducted in parallel with the improvement. It is necessary to determine the source of financing for their maintenance. Marat Zakirov, the head of the Directorate of Parks and Squares of Kazan, told about it today at the Business Monday.
Soon it is planned to conduct the requisite procurement processes and to execute a complex repair small architectural forms, objects on children's and athletic fields. «It is not only vandalism, but also very active use», - explained М.Zakirov.
10 million roubles of municipal budget were allocated to repair parks. М. Zakirov noted that it was planned to involve extrabudgetary funds. Also he told that last year due to commercial events, the Directorate of Parks and Squares of Kazan earned 4,7 million roubles. «In this year we aspire to increase those proportions to 6 million roubles», - the speaker shared plans.
The proper competitive arrangements on 15 territories have been already conducted, the contractor is determined who should execute these works till June 30.
М.Zakirov added that the serious question was the maintenance of parks. For its decision the certification of social spaces is conducted together with the Economic and Social Studies Centre of the RT. As the speaker explained, the certification drives the budget of social space. The certification of social spaces is conducted in parallel with the improvement in order to calculate the park maintenance.
«The Directorate of Parks and Squares of Kazan is one of the youngest structures of the Executive Committee. Today the Directorate is responsible for an important element of city's urban environment. The first necessary resources have been already allocated, but we're waiting for the certification of social spaces to end, and we will be able to be declared to the Ministry of Finance», - noted Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan.
Finally М.Zakirov reminded that the Directorate of Parks and Squares of Kazan had launched the tendering process of the placement of non-stationary trade objects on the park territory in summer. The requests are accepted till April 5.
