The projects for the region development will be created on 12 directions in Tatarstan by the end of the year
(KZN.RU, November 14). The design office for realization of 12 key national projects and federal programs initiated by the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin is established in Tatarstan. The regional projects on all the directions will be ready up to the end of current year. The terms were announced on the meeting with participation of Igor Komarov, the plenipotentiary President of the Russian Federation in the Privolzhski Federal region, Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, in the Government House of the RT. The chapters of Ministries and Departments of the RT, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, and others took part in the meeting.
Igor Komarov reminded that the national projects and federal programs were created in Russia according to Vladimir Putin's decree. “The President of the Russian Federation set the ambitious goals, 12 key development trends for the realization of the national projects and programs. At the present time the process of formation of the appropriate national and federal projects is being finalized. In each region the organization of the design activity should be established, as well as the regional projects should be developed which are aimed at realization of the appropriate national and federal projects. All the main preparatory work should be finalized up to the end of this year“, - I.Komarov said.
The ambassador of the President of the Russian Federation specified that the national projects and federal programs concern practically all parts of life, the Government of the RT portal informed.
As the President of the RT Rustam Minnikhanov noted, the regional projects in Tatarstan within Vladimir Putin's decree will be performed strictly according to the orders. “We fixed responsible persons for realization of each project, and the design office is established. We work with our federal colleagues at the level of Ministries“, - The President of the RT emphasized.
The chapter of the RT added as well that we need the clear rules for the financing on the part of regions and federal centre for performance of the national projects and the key federal programs.
