(KZN.RU, June 29, Ksenia Shvetsova). From 2014 to 2018, 67 apartment buildings served by the OOO “MC Vakhitovsky district” were overhauled. It is planned that this year 19 more houses will join them. Shalva Tetruashvili, the director of the company, told this Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, during the report.
The management company, established in 2006, serves 306 houses where 30 thousand 19 residents live. There are more old buildings in the district than in other parts of the city. 63 houses are already more than 100 years old and they require repairs. The republican capital repair program contributes to the solution of this problem. From 2014 to 2018, the MC has overhauled 67 houses for a total of 602 million rubles. Today, another 171 apartment buildings require an overhaul. In addition to residential buildings, the management company serves 34 objects of cultural heritage that require reconstruction.
At the same time, regular repairs are carried out in apartment houses. Last year it was held in 42 houses, for which 20 million rubles were spent.
Dmitry Anisimov, the chairman of the Housing and Communal Service Committee, noted that the OOO “MC Vakhitovsky district” today is the company with the smallest debt of the population for housing and communal services per one square meter of the housing.
The Mayor asked the speaker how the company participates in the improvement of the city. S. Tetruashvili said that the company pays much attention to improvement not only of yard territories, but also the central streets of the city. “Within the program “Green Record”, we planted more than 6 thousand trees and more than 60 thousand flowers, decorated the streets along the route of guests who visit the city during the World Cup-2018”, said S. Tetruashvili. The company regularly participates in the activities of the project “Good Kazan”, supporting significant city charitable actions.
Denis Kalinkin, the head of the Executive Committee, Iskander Giniyatullin, the deputy head of the Executive Committee, Dmitry Anisimov, the chairman of the Housing and Communal Services Committee, and heads of districts of Kazan heard the report together with the Mayor.
