Ilsur Metshin presented state and city awards at the XXVII session of the Kazan City Duma

(KZN.RU, June 6, Alsu Safina). Today, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of the Tatarstan’s capital, presented city and republican awards to residents who made a significant contribution to the development of Kazan and the Republic of Tatarstan at the meeting of the XXVII session of the Kazan City Duma, which takes place in the City Hall.

The city award was presented to Natalia Grechannikova, who worked for many years in various positions in the education sphere of Kazan, started a professional career in the Department of Education, and was deputy head of the Kazan Executive Committee. She made an invaluable contribution to the development of education and the entire social city, said the Mayor. The last position she occupied was the head of the Executive Committee of the Kazan local branch of the All-Russian political party “United Russia”. “All the deputies know first-hand what kind of work you invested in the implementation of important city party projects”, said the Mayor.

N. Grechannikova appointed the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the RT, the head of the Department of supervision and control in education. “You have a lot of responsible work ahead of you. Allow me to thank you for your contribution to the development of the city”, said I. Metshin. He congratulated N. Grechannikova on her appointment to the post, wished success in the work, and handed her the badge “For Labor and Valor for the Benefit of Kazan” and the Letter of Gratitude of the Mayor of Kazan.

“20 years of my life are connected with the Executive Committee. Each of you associates for me with some kind of dear story. Kazan is my home. I am very grateful to the Department of Education, which taught me to work, and Ilsur Metshin, who supported, helped to become a good leader. I am proud that I have a share in the great deeds that the leadership of the city of Kazan is doing”, said N. Grechannikova.

Other awards were also given. The gratitude of the President of the RT for the great contribution to the development of physical culture and sport was announced to Anatoly Afonin, the trainer-boxer of the Kazan Motor Sports School, Alexander Darenkov, the teacher of the additional education of the Children's Technical Creativity Center “Fakel”. The gratitude of the President of the RT for the productive work and active assistance in organizing the electoral process in the RT was announced to Roman Fatkhutdinov, the deputy head of the Sovetsky district administration.

The distinction “For the Impeccable Service of Kazan” for many years of conscientious work and contribution to the social and economic development of the city was awarded to Aidar Zagerov, the deputy head of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts administration, and Rinas Sabirov, the deputy head of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts administration. The mark of distinction “For the Impeccable Service of Kazan" was presented to Ramziya Nurullina, the Chief Specialist of the Office of the Executive Committee.
