(KZN.RU, May 24, Ksenia Shvetsova). Today the Farewell Bell sounded for 5601 graduates in Kazan on the Kremlin embankment. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, and Leila Fazleeva, the deputy prime minister of the RT, congratulated former schoolchildren who stepped into adulthood, their mentors, and parents.
“It is a great pleasure and great joy for me to congratulate our dear graduates, their parents, teachers, school principals with this remarkable event”, I. Metshin addressed to the participants of the holiday. “I want to thank you, my dear graduates, for the tremendous amount of work that you made during your studies. You have always given us a reason to be proud of you and your victories in the Olympiads, sports competitions, various cultural events. Today a great life journey is ahead of you. We wish you success! Good luck!”.
The holiday opened by the prolog to the vocal-choreographic composition “The Coolest”. Congratulating graduates, Leila Fazleeva noted that this can be said about all Kazan schoolchildren. “For each of us, you are the most wonderful children on this earth. We invest so much in you and are very proud of you”, said L. Fazleeva. “Believe me, your life is bright, interesting, and everything in it will depend on you. And you are certainly the coolest!”.
Graduates were congratulated by the champions of the 26th “Russian Student Spring”. The Kazan national team performed a dance, while the brightest moments of the youth festival were broadcast on the screens.
The best schoolchildren were noted at the festival, the prize-winners of the All-Russian and international profile Olympiads received awards. There are a lot of such children in Kazan: 32 graduates of 11 grades won prizes at various all-Russian and international subject Olympiads.
Special guests at the festival were 12 first-graders who earned awards in the “Diary of Good Deeds” project. They were given bags with the project logo and first diplomas in their life.
Sergey Yushko, the rector of the Kazan National Research Technological University, wished successes and realization of all plans and hopes to the children. He advised them not to waste time and make the right choice in determining the further life path. “The universities of our republic are open to you. Do not make difficulties for yourself, but never go in simple ways either. Remember, success is on the difficult path”, said S. Yushko.
Teachers joined the wishes of success. Anastasia Rosihina, the winner of the republican contest “The class teacher-2018”, an English teacher of the school №6, and Radik Habirov, the winner of the contest “Teacher of the Year-2018”, congratulated the children.
Kamilya Shamsutdinova, a graduate of the school №9, the winner of the city contest “Tatar Kyzy 2016”, and Albert Nurgaliev, a graduate of Lyceum №159, the winner of support talented youth Presidential Award of the RT, said the words of gratitude on behalf of all graduates to the teachers. “We have the first serious test for the strength of our knowledge, strength, and spirit ahead of us. We hope to win. Even now, we have proved through our work that we can solve problems, cope with difficulties and give good results. We can do a lot, and all thanks to the school and to you, dear teachers. You have taught us to set serious tasks, to try ourselves in different spheres of life and never to lose hope”, said A. Nurgaliyev.
The holiday included a farewell school waltz, which was danced by 300 graduates. 150 dancing couples were spinning on the site of the Kremlin embankment. The main event was the Farewell Bell. Zlatislava Belenova, a first-grader from school №122, gave it from the stage in the hands of the Mayor of Kazan.
The concert ended with a special gift for young people: the performance of the famous singer Hannah, the owner of the “Music Box-2017” prize, the winner of Muz-TV and the Golden Gramophone, and the leader by the results of the Kazan schoolchildren's survey.
The festival was also attended by directors of 150 Kazan schools, heads of district administrations, deputy heads and heads of structural units of the Executive Committee.
