(KZN.RU, March 31, Irina Smirnova). Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin has congratulated the CEO of ZAO “Melita-K” Boris Boguslavsky on his 80th birthday. The meeting took place in the Executive Committee of the city.
"It is a great pleasure and joy to congratulate you on this day on behalf of the city and the townspeople,"- said the Mayor, greeting the hero of the day. I. Metshin and B. Boguslavsky talked in an unofficial atmosphere and discussed a number of issues. Particularly, the conversation concerned young employees’ of production. Boris Boguslavsky noted that young people are willing to work. "They have a good base and education. The main thing is that young people should have been supported. Their potential is strong,"-Boguslavsky said, adding that currently about 150 people work at ZAO “Melita-K”a.
The company was established in 1991. It develops on the basis of inventions of the general director and other employees of the company. The company has a wide range of activities - from medical micro-tools to combat knives, from sheet metal drawing technologies to aircraft engine building. Several prospective patented developments are annually developed and introduced into production. ZAO “Melita” produces spare parts for AO “Avangard”, which is currently a part of one of the largest rocket-building holdings in Russia. The company also cooperates with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, with the engineering troops of the Russian Federation, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation,
The Mayor of Kazan thanked Boris Boguslavsky for the contribution that the company and its management make to the development of the capital of Tatarstan. "Your employees actively participate in city life, not only in production and science. We know about your charity projects," - Ilsur Metshin said and awarded the jubilee with letter of gratitude and a memorable gift with wishes of health and well-being.
