Committee of Land and Property Relations sent 1.871 billion rubles to the
budget of the Tatarstan’s capital in 2017. The budget allocation plan for the
Committee was executed with excess (100.8%). Renat Galyautdinov, the chairman
of The Committee of Land and Property Relations, reported this to Ilsur
Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, on the traditional report of the structural units.
The structure of revenues to the city budget
was distributed in percentage terms: 66% – rent of land and premises, 18% –
sale of land, 14% – real estate, 1% – a profit of MUP, 1% – other income.
The register of the committee includes more
than 6 thousand land lease agreements with an area of 2.3 thousand hectares and
the accrued rent in 2017 amounted to 983.6 million rubles. In addition, 46
territories with an area of 56.8 thousand square meters with an annual rent of
163.6 million rubles were sold from open auctions for the right to conclude
land lease agreements. 31 plots were sold for individual housing construction
area of 27.4 thousand square meters for 125.6 million rubles, which exceeded
the initial amount of the annual rent by 29 times.
Over the past year, the Committee has actively
conducted supervisory activities in terms of compliance with the requirements
of the land legislation. Employees of the committee surveyed more than 10000
land plots with field visits and accounted more than 5 thousand acts of
compliance with land legislation. In addition, fines of 1.5 million rubles were
imposed and more than 5 thousand court sessions were held in the courts of
general jurisdiction and arbitration courts.
For the first time in three years, the area of
municipal premises leased has increased by 4 thousand square meters, said the
chairman of the committee. According to him, this happened due to the
contracts, concluded under the program of preferential leasing among other
things.
“For today, 52 out of 109 objects of the lease
contract program for an area of 7.2 thousand square meters are concluded, the
forecast of revenues from which in 2018 is 2.6 million rubles”, said R.
Galyautdinov.
