Ilsur Metshin presented the republican and city awards

(KZN.RU, January 24, Zilya Gayfi). Today Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of the Tatarstan’s capital, presented republican and city awards at the XXIII session of the Kazan City Duma, which takes place in the City Hall.

Ilsur Khadiullin, the first deputy minister of Education and Science of the RT, the former head of the Education Department of the Kazan Executive Committee, was awarded with the distinction “For Labor and Valor for the Benefit of Kazan” for his many years of work and significant contribution to the development of the education system.

“Ilsur Khadiullin worked for the benefit of our capital in various positions of responsibility for a long time. We know firsthand how much attention, energy, and budgetary resources are paid to our children. He adequately headed the teacher's building of the capital in the most complex industry, in the responsible sector of work. He worked professionally, with love to the city, his business, and children. This is the case when it's hard to let a man out of his team”, said the Mayor. He also noted that the delayed pause with the new appointment means that it is difficult to find a replacement for such a leader. The head of the city wished I. Khadiullin success in the most important area of work.

Ilsur Khadiullin thanked the Mayor of Kazan for working together for almost 11 years. “Working in the team of Ilsur Metshin is a great honor. The results of this work are noticeable. I have gained immense experience and this award is not only for me but for our entire team, the entire teaching staff. Undoubtedly, the education system should be based on Kazan. We will strive to work only on the result in the future”, he said.

Other awards were presented at the session. Taliya Akhmetshina, the head of the Department of Cultural of the Sovetsky district administration, announced the Gratitude of the President of the RT for many years of work and contribution to the development in the sphere of culture. Vitaly Kushnikovsky, the head of the Department for Issuing Permits for the Construction of the Urban Planning Permissions Department of the Executive Committee, was noted the Gratitude of the President of the RT for his contribution to the development of the construction industry.

Nadezhda Secretova, the chairman of the Guild Association of Guides of the RT, and Vyacheslav Samolin, the director of the OOO “Volga Puteshesnviya +”, were awarded the Certificate of Honor of Kazan for long-term conscientious work and contribution to the development of tourism.
