Another block for 74 apartments was delivered in the first house of the RC “MChS”

(KZN.RU, December 7, Alsu Safina). The next block was delivered in the first house of the problem residential complex “MChS”. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, met with future settlers. He noted that the work to solve the problems of defrauded shareholders is being carried out systematically. The block with 3 entrances for 74 apartments became the fourth out of six facilities, which are planned to be delivered before the New Year.

The work in the first house of the RC "MChS" started about a year ago when the first 3 entrances for 78 apartments (the block G) were delivered. In May, 87 more apartments were delivered in the block A, in August, 3 entrances for 75 apartments in the block B, and about a month ago, the block D with 2 entrances for 47 apartments, as well as non-residential premises, located under the stylobate (the block Zh).

Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, inspected one of the three-room apartments on the first floor. “We took the obligation to deliver 6 objects before the New Year. This is the fourth one, for 74 apartments. It is necessary to put into operation two more objects”, said the Mayor. “We work systematically but there is still much work to be done for the coming year”.

The Mayor thanked the builders (the contractor of the facility was the OOO “SK Story”) and Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, who controls work with problematic objects.

“We deliver another object for 74 apartments. We had to wait. The builders have completed everything, the document is ready. Thank God, the new settlers will receive the keys before the New Year”, the Mayor said to the shareholders of the “Fon”.

The head of the city noted that two blocks remained undone in the first house: E and G. Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, said that the schedules of work on these facilities have been established.

The shareholders expressed their gratitude for delivering three more entrances to the house and voiced a number of wishes. In particular, they drew attention to the insufficient illumination of the access road to the house.

“I will give instructions, we will regulate this issue”, assured I. Metshin. “It's right that it worries you. We will solve this”, said the Mayor.

Marsel Abdulkhakov, the head of the Housing Policy Department, Rustem Gafarov, the head of the Sovetsky district’s administration, Diana Akhmetzyanova, the director of the OOO “Fon-Riviera”, Sergey Orlov, the technical director of the GC “Fon”, visited the RC “MChS” together with the Mayor.
