Ruslan Fazylyanov headed the Committee of the Consumer Market of Kazan

(KZN.RU, November 13, Alsu Safina). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, introduced the new chairman of the Committee on the Consumer Market of the Kazan Executive Committee at today’s Business Monday. It was Ruslan Fazylyanov, who had already worked in the Executive Committee of the city before.

Since 2016, Ruslan Fazylyanov worked as the head of the legal and personnel support department, the deputy head of the Department of Urban Planning of the Executive Committee.

“He came to us (in the Executive Committee of Kazan – ed.) from the prosecutor's office”, said the Mayor. “He worked in the district prosecutor's office and he had been transferred here from the republican prosecutor's office”.

“He is a person who perfectly understands the legal side of relations with business. We needed such a person”, said Ilsur Metshin and wished the new chairman of the Committee on the Consumer Market a successful work.

Ruslan Fazylyanov was born on August 2, 1986, in Yakutsk (the Republic of Sakha). In 2008, he graduated from the Tatar State Humanitarian and Pedagogical University with a degree in law teacher, in 2011 – the Academy of Management “TISBI” (as a lawyer).

2016-2017 – the head of the Department of Legal and Personnel Support, the deputy head of the Department of Urban Planning of the Kazan Executive Committee,-the head of the Legal and Personnel Support Division;

From 11/13/2017 – the chairman of the Committee of the Consumer Market of the Kazan Executive Committee.

He is awarded the Gratitude of the Prosecutor's Office of the RT (2009, 2010, 2011, 2015).
