June 26). Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, and Anatoly Chubais, the
chairman of the Board of Rosnanotech, opened the plant “TAT-Advenira” for the
production of nanocomposite coatings “Advenira Enterprises, Inc.” in Kazan
Technopolis “Khimgrad”. The event was attended by Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of
Kazan.
According
to the calculations of the project's creators, the volume of production in the
first year will be at least 30 thousand liters per year. In the future, it is
planned to bring the estimated volume to 300 thousand liters per year.

Minnikhanov noted that he got acquainted with the project in detail within the
framework of a working visit to the USA in November 2016. “Nanocomposite
solutions allow increasing the service life and improving the reliability of
products”, said the President of the RT. “Thanks to this project, new
opportunities open up for the industry. This innovative coating allows us to
ensure the safety of metal structures, and it can be used in shipbuilding and
in other industries”. Rustam Minnikhanov marked that today it is very important
that the products find a consumer.

called the development of Elmira Ryabova, the author of the project, a unique
nanotechnological process. “We saw that the project has prospects, and now it
is in Kazan. Steelwork, glass, plastic can be treated with this anti-corrosion
coating. It can also process monuments”, said the head of the “Rosnano”.

noted that PAO “KAMAZ” could become one of the consumers of the nanocoating. He
also expressed the wish that dozens of such productions would appear in the
country.

technology of Solution Derived Nanocomposite (SDN) and environmentally friendly
