External low-voltage systems was streamlined as part of the overhaul in the house №13 at st. Voskhod

(Kazan City KZN.RU, June 21, Zilya Gayfi). House №13 at st. Voskhod in Moskovsky district of Kazan became one of the first houses in the city, where work to streamline the external low-voltage systems was conducted as part of overhaul. In addition to the traditional work on the replacement of communications, repair of facades and entrances, unsightly overhead lines on the facade of the house were neatly hidden in the low-voltage boxes. The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin inspected the results of this work at the invitation of a resident of the house today. Recall pensioner Yuri Kazachische personally invited the head of the city to visit their house at the reception of citizens.

Residents praise the quality of the overhaul; they thanked the Mayor, the management company and contractors.

Thanks to overhaul in the house, constructed in 1966, the central heating system has been updated, cold water supply, sewerage, electricity, roof, facade, basements and porches were repaired, and the weather control units were set. In addition to traditional works within the overhaul, work to streamline the outdoor low-voltage systems has been done, this was a feature of the overhaul at house. "There was an inventory, which helped to identify equipment placed without contracts. We worked together with mobile operators, and it was agreed to establish order. In the future when somebody will connect without obtaining technical specifications, operators won’t be able to take any action,"- head of Information Technology and Communications Department Rifat Khannanov said.

Ilsur Metshin noted that the results were achieved through a dialogue with the business of the city. "This house is an example of good cooperation of the municipality with private companies. We are heard by the market participants, and this is important. There was a lot of talk about how to put the suspension line in order. Now we see the first houses, where such work has been carried out,"- the Mayor said.

Also the management company in conjunction with the College of utilities partially prospered the yard - miniature carts and other folk art items were installed there. However, residents of the house appealed to the head of the city with a request to equip the entire domestic territory - to repair driveways and install a playground.

Ilsur Metshin assured the residents that all the necessary works for the yard landscaping will be carried out. "Indeed, the yard is "shouting" for beautification on the background of this beautiful house. We will include your house in the program overhaul of yards for the next year, to match the yard to the house. The program is implemented with the support of the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who every year allocates the money specifically for this purpose. This year we will repair 243 yards in Kazan", - Ilsur Metshin said.

The workshop was attended by the head of administration of Kirovsky and Moskovsky disrticts Sergey Mironov, Chairman of the Housing and Utilities Iskander Giniyatullin, Head of Information Technology and Communications Department Rifat Khannanov, Director of "MC" utilities of Moskovsky district" Oleg Kalimov, director of "House of Warmth and Comfort" Dmitry Mizin.

Recall that 158 houses in the amount of 1.48 billion rubles were included in the program of overhaul of apartment buildings in 2016. The works started in 125 houses, 16 houses are completed. The total amount of work performed to date amounts to 63.74%.
