Ilsur Metshin waiting for suggestions of street cleaning improvements
(KZN.RU, March 3). Mayor criticized the work of contracting organizations and people responsible for improvements in his speech in the IV session of Kazan City Duma of the second convocation in the City Hall. Mayor charged the Executive Committee to elaborate suggestions of new modern methods of cleaning.
Last year was distinguished by heat wave, fire danger, droughty rivers, drying plants. In winter we outlasted for the most abundant snowfall for the last 103 years, freezing rains, and roof collapses. “Further we have spring with flood, for which we are actively preparing”, Ilsur Metshin said.
Mayor noted that people were fighting against elements day and night, but criticized the work of contracting organizations and people responsible for improvements.
“I sounded my order early in the year and wait for concrete, efficient suggestions of new technologies and logistics, with figures and all necessary documents”, Ilsur Metshin said.
