Ilsur Metshin, "Social mortgage plan 2011 is challenging but executable"

 (KZN.RU, January 13, Taisiya Basharkina). This year in Kazan under the social mortgage program 240 thousand square meters of housing must be introduced. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor announced such plans after visiting the construction sites of the capital.  

The construction of houses being built under the social mortgage program in Kazan expands the boundaries. Currently the construction under the program is being conducted in the Kirovsky, Privolzhsky, Sovetsky, Aviastroitelny districts. The new tower-blocks will also appear on the Hadi Taktash, Chistopolskaya, Aktayskaya and Adel Kutuy streets.

Note that the house on the Hadi Taktash Street will be built on the site of an unauthorized dump for construction debris. Now instead of it there will appear not only a new house but also a new kindergarten.

The Mayor of Kazan has familiarized with how the organization of work at the construction sites. Since the New Year the builders have been working here in three shifts.

This year under the social mortgage program it is provided the introduction of 240 square meters of housing taking into account the houses which are not handed in 2010. The plan is challenging but executable, the Head of the city considers. All the last year's remaining houses will be completed in the first quarter of 2011, Ilsur Metshin promised.

Commenting the situation of the last year, when it was not managed to build in time all 400,000 square meters of housing under the program, the Mayor said, "We parted company with negligent contractors, approach to the tender policy scrupulously, choose those suppliers who can meet deadlines and perform quality work".
