All the houses that are erected in the capital of Tatarstan on social mortgage program, are in a high degree of readiness, the main construction and installation work are completed on all objects. At present the main task of the builders is a supply heat and holding of painting and decorating. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor told about it during his working trip through constructions of Kazan.
"It is seen now that a commitment which assumed the builders introduces a record number of housing under the social mortgage which will be executed before the end of this year, Ilsur Metshin said. Of course there are issues but they are all resolved in the working mode.
According to the Head of the city, Kazan construction market has seriously strengthened by the erection of the Universiade buildings and the social mortgage accommodation. "New players, new construction companies are appeared on the construction market, old groups have strengthened which are capable to solve the most serious problems in the shortest possible time with a good quality, with a good pricing policy”, Ilsur Metshin summarized, “I believe that the main result of the year is that we return its former strength of the construction market of Kazan".
Remind that in the current year 426.8 thousand square meters of housing (or 7,090 apartments) will be commissioned in Kazan under the social mortgage program. Therefrom18 residential buildings with a total area of approximately 150,000 square feet is the transitional facility of the last year. Their construction will also be completed this year. 26 apartment buildings with total area of nearly 230 thousand square meters will be started this year. In addition about 45 square meters of housing of the State Housing Fund under the President of Tatarstan is planning to purchase a commercial property from developers. Construction of houses of social mortgage program is conducted in the Kirovskiy, Privolzhskiy, Aviastroitelnyi and Sovetskiy districts of Kazan.
The first house built on the social mortgage program this year has been commissioned in the Derbyshki settlement on August 11.
