adaptation to civilian life and develops a system of mutual support.
The community
assists in holding sessions with psychologists and mentors, as well as assistance
in employment and restoring documents, information about government support
measures, training in self-regulation and conflict resolution, and the
organization of sports, cultural, and leisure activities.
Addressing the veterans,
Ilsur Metshin expressed his gratitude for their courage and dedication to their
homeland. «All the issues we discussed today are complex, and some require time
and initiatives at the federal level. However, we can do some things quickly.
In any case, I am grateful to each of you. On behalf of all Kazan residents, I
would like to thank you for your heroic deeds and for defending our
independence. My responsibility as the head of the city is to ensure the decent
level for soldiers who returned home with victory. We will continue this work»,
