A new polyclinic will open in the Vesna residential complex in Kazan. The facility has been built and equipped with modern medical equipment under the Healthcare national project. The polyclinic will provide primary healthcare services to residents of the Vesna, Samosyrovo and Konstantinovka residential areas. The facility will serve approximately 36,000 people and has a capacity of 400 patients per shift. It is expected that the clinic will be opened by the end of this year. Almir Abashev, Minister of Health of Tatarstan, and Mayor of Kazan, Ilsur Metshin, visited the clinic to inspect its readiness.
«Residents of this large and rapidly growing neighborhood have long been waiting for a polyclinic. Presently, approximately 37,000 people reside here, along with the neighboring villages, and by 2030, their number will increase to 60,000. The “Palace of Healthcare” impresses with its size and level of equipment, provided under the Healthcare national project. Here, residents can receive qualified medical assistance at their place of residence, without having to travel to other areas», - said Ilsur Metshin.
As many as 368 employees are employed in the clinic, including 120 doctors, 187 secondary medical specialists, 14 junior staff, and 30 members of the administrative and economic services. This will allow for a wide range of diagnostic and restorative services. The new facility will become the seventh branch of City Polyclinic – 20. It will have 17 departments, 130 medical rooms, 18 administrative rooms, and an archive.
