At the initiative of Ilsur Metshin, the volunteer center will be provided with a room with an area of 250 square meters

The volunteer center on Maksimova Street will be expanded three and a half times at the initiative of Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin. Presently, as many as 250 volunteers work in two rooms with an area of 100 square meters. Since 2023, the center has produced more than four hectares of camouflage nets and 13,000 trench candles and sent over 50 tons of humanitarian aid. To increase the production volume, it is necessary to expand space. The Mayor visited the center and instructed to improve their working conditions for volunteers. 

The volunteer center was opened on Maksimova Street on the initiative of Alsu Fazullina.

Currently, there are 80 square meters available here, and next door will be another room that is owned by the municipality with an area of 250 square meters. Your caring hands have already accomplished so much - a vast number of items have been sewn and assembled. This is truly a tremendous amount of work, and your center is among the largest and most active in Kazan», - the Mayor noted.
