Ilsur Metshin inspected the venues of future construction in the historical center of Kazan

Today, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin held an on-site meeting of the working group on the construction and reconstruction of architectural venues on the territory of the historical settlement of the city. The head of the city visited four sites, their projects will be referred for consideration to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

Ilsur Metshin visited the yard of the hotel service at 8/13 K. Marx Street, where the reconstruction of the annex is planned. The Mayor of Kazan approved the project, but instructed to finalize the concept of improvement of the yard territory.

Then the head of the city inspected the territory of the new building of the Economic Security and Anti-Corruption Department on Bolshaya Krasnaya Street. After the renovation, there will be an underground parking lot, as well as a landscaping work will be carried out. The mayor also approved the proposal.

The on-site meeting continued on Volkova Street, where the construction of an individual residential building is planned. After the finalizing the project, the house fit into the overall concept of the historical center.

The last site of the visit was the territory of the Farm Market on G. Iskhaki Street, it is planned to build a public catering enterprise Foodmall. The Mayor advised the owners of the building to study the historical features of the area, as well as take into account the permitted height of the buildings.

All four projects, that previously received comments by the working group, have been finalized and were approved by the Mayor of Kazan. In the near future, all projects will be considered at the republican commission with the participation of Tatarstan President.
