This year, 276 apartment buildings were renovated in
Kazan. Despite the fact that due to the coronavirus pandemic, the deadlines for
the completion of work have changed, the capital repair program for this year
has been completed, Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin said today at the Business
Monday.
During the implementation of the second three-year renovation
program of apartment buildings for 2020-2022, it is planned to renovate 726
houses for 6.4 billion rubles. This year it was planned to renovate 278 houses,
as well as to develop plans and estimates for 160 houses for 2021. The amount
of the program this year amounted to 2.2 billion rubles, reported the Chair of
the Committee of Housing and Utilities Dmitry Anisimov.
After adjustments
in the program of this year, 276 houses and 168 houses are included in the
development of plans and estimates for 2021. The renovation of two apartment
buildings located in the Moskovsky district was postponed until next year.
To date, the
volume of repair work has been completed by 99.96%.
In total, 145
roofs were replaced and repaired this year, and the entrances to 46 apartment
buildings were renovated. Weather control units were installed at 30 houses,
facade repairs were carried out at 90 houses, and heat supply engineering
networks were replaced at 90 houses. In addition, 11 houses were adapted for limited
mobility citizens, D.Anisimov reported.
The replacement of lift equipment is also underway.
According to the Chair of the Housing and Utilities Committee, in 2020, 163 elevators
in 54 houses were replaced in Kazan.
Next year, the program with the implementation of
construction and installation works includes 236 apartment buildings for 2.2
billion rubles, D.Anisimov said in conclusion.
