The long-awaited and much-loved holiday enters our homes to the chiming of bells bringing good hopes and filling our hearts with expectations of change. The Holiday Season is a wonderful time when all of us, regardless of age, begin to believe in miracles. I sincerely wish that the New Year brings you only joy. May it bring to our homes good luck and fulfillment of our wishes! May our most cherished dreams come true!
On the eve of the holidays, please accept my words of deep gratitude for your invaluable contribution to our beloved city. Together we have done a lot for Kazan to become more comfortable and up-to-date. Each day of the year was filled with our common creative work, through which the city continues to grow and develop.
