July 1, Ksenia Shvetsova). From today, Kazan Housing Inspection is headed by
Alfir Shamsutdinov, who previously held the post of the head of the
Administrative and Technical Inspection. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of the
Tatarstan’s capital, announced the new appointment today at the Business
Monday.
“Alfir
Shamsutdinov has been working in our team since 2010”, reminded I. Metshin. “In
2013, before the Universiade, he headed the Office of Administrative and
Technical Inspection. Over the years of professional activity, he brought the
work of Administrative and Technical Inspection to a new level. We were one of
the first after Moscow to create such management, which became a serious step
in matters of improvement, cleanliness of the city”.
The great
attention is paid to the entire area of housing and communal services in the
capital of Tatarstan, said the Mayor. “We hope that the best that has been
created, the great experience of the manager will help in further work to bring
the work of the housing inspection to a new level”, said I. Metshin.

Alfir
Shamsutdinov was born on January 14, 1969, in Ufa. In 1994, he graduated from
St. Petersburg State Technical University; from 1987 to 1989, he served in the
Soviet Army.
From 1994
to 1997, he worked as a second-category engineer, a leading engineer at the
Trade and Finance Company OAO “KamAZ” in Naberezhnye Chelny.
From 1997
to 2001, he worked as the head of sales service, marketing director of OOO
“Progress-NK” in Nizhnekamsk and Kazan.
From 2002
to 2010, he carried out business activities in the field of production and
construction in Kazan.
From 2010
to 2012, he worked as chief specialist, head of the municipal control
department of the Municipal public administration “Administrative and Technical
Inspection of the Kazan Executive Committee”.
From 2012
to 2013, he was the deputy chairman of the Housing and Communal Services
Committee of the Kazan Executive Committee.
From
September 2013, he headed the Office of Administrative and Technical
Inspection.
