The XXXIII session of the Kazan City Duma has started in the City Hall
(KZN.RU, April 18). The XXXIII session of the Kazan City Duma is taking place in the Kazan City Hall. The meeting is held by Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan. 48 out of 43deputies present at the meeting, there is a quorum for making a decision.
