The XXII session of the Kazaz City Duma started in the City Hall
(KZN.RU, December 13). The XXII session of the Kazan City Duma of the third convocation started in the City Hall. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, conducts the meeting. 45 deputies out of 49 are present so there is a quorum for making a decision.
