The acquisition of animals for the zoo-botanical garden was discussed in Kazan
(KZN.RU, November 10). Today Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, held a meeting on the acquisition of animals for the Kazan zoo-botanical garden.
The meeting was held in the Government House of the RT. Asgat Safarov, the head of the Presidential Administration of the RT, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, Damir Fattakhov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, representatives of the Kazan Zoo, Martin Davey, the director and owner of the Nature resource network, and others took part in it.
Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, briefly described the situation. He reported on the company Nature resource network, which cooperates with zoos in 70 countries, such as Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, and others.
