The meeting of the Tatarstan Investors' Club was held in Kazan

(KZN.RU, December 23). The regular meeting of Tatarstan Investors' Club was held in Kazan on the territory of the new building of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency (IDA). Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, and Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, attended the event.

Prior to the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the exposition of the Tatarstan’s achievements in the field of investment, examined a study and a presentation room, where the guests were shown a film about the economy and industrial enterprises of the republic on a 3D-display, as well as other facilities in the new IDA office.

Taliya Minullina, the head of the agency, thanked the leadership of the republic on behalf of the team for the new building and the presentation hall, which is designed to work with potential investors.

Rustam Minnikhanov welcomed all the ideas that were implemented in the hall of the IDA. “We had a certain idea to create a special site to present the investors to the country, to talk about the achievements”, he said. “Now everything is done with dignity and creativity”.

T. Minullina introduced the members of the Tatarstan Investors' Club and noted the need to summarize results of the year and outline plans for 2017 at today's meeting.

General director of companies such as the OOO “Armstrong Building Products”, the OOO “Koluman Rus”, the OOO “Kikert Rus”, the OOO “Kactamonu Integrated Wood Industry”, the TK “Higher Rus” and the OOO “YIT Kazan”, made brief presentations on current status and prospects of further development of production in Tatarstan at the meeting.

The representative of the “Armstrong Building Products” said the company will continue to work to increase the range of products. Today, the company's products are supplied to all regions of Russia and in the CIS countries.

The representative of the company's management “Higher Rus” noted that the company for the production of refrigeration equipment is running successfully (in Naberezhnye Chelny): the level of implementation of the manufactured products is 90%.

The general director of the OOO TK “Higher Rus” said that another company from China decided to open production in Tatarstan.

The general director of the “YIT Kazan” spoke about the projects, implemented in the republic, in the course of the meeting. The company has introduced about 15 thousand square meters of housing in Tatarstan in 2015, this year it is expected that this figure will be about 21 thousand square meters.

Rustam Minnikhanov expressed gratitude to investors, interested in the country, for the implemented projects and future prospects of joint work, reports the press-service of the President of the RT.
