I. Metshin took part in an expanded meeting of the Business Council under the President of the RT

(KZN.RU, December 6). The third expanded meeting of the Business Council under the President of Tatarstan was held in Kazan. Rustam Minnikhanov, the head of the republic, Farid Mukhametshin, the chairman of the Tatarstan State Council, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, Timur Nagumanov, the authorized under the President of the RT to protect the rights of entrepreneurs, as well as more than 260 businessmen, representatives of the republican authority organs, municipal leaders and others took part in the event.

“This area is well-proven and allows solving actual business issues quickly and efficiently. It is important to maintain the pace that we have”, said R. Minnikhanov in his welcoming speech.

He noted that more than 300 meetings of the project teams were held in three years of council work, about 2 thousand businessmen appealed with their questions. In total, over 40 initiatives have been supported. “This is the most optimal form of work, when we are looking for a way out of different situations together with entrepreneurs. It is important to know what bothers our businessmen”, emphasized the President.

Leaders of Council’s project teams voiced a number of problems, which today are increasingly faced by the Tatarstan business. Thus, according to Alexander Rascheskov, the director of a private clinic, in 2015, only 55 business representatives were able to get into the program of compulsory medical insurance (CMI).

Rustam Minnikhanov marked that there should be no restrictions for entrepreneurs in this area. At the same time, he drew the attention of private clinics representatives to the fact that, working in CMI, they must provide comprehensive medical care, do not limit to certain types of services.

Venera Kamalova, the chief expert of the Business Council, said that they were approached by a farmer who was fined by supervisors of 180 thousand due to the installation of domestic gas boiler in the utility room without issuing environmental documentation. “Why do we need this expertise if each boiler has a passport with all necessary information? No gas service will connect equipment that does not have a license. Then why torture people?”, the President of Tatarstan reacted harshly.

According to hoteliers, an exemption the Kazan Kremlin territory of the advertising stands by the orders of the Ministry of Culture of Russia negatively affects their business. Rustam Minnikhanov said that federal regulations should be performed, and the hotel can provide recognition by other ways.

Also, the following issues were presented during the meeting: the need to create sustainable pricing policy in the assessment of state and municipal property, as well as the organization of a platform for a close cooperation between retail chains and manufacturers of Tatarstan.

Finally, Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the representatives of project teams for in-depth analysis of all the voiced problems. “I think we will find solutions to these issues”, he summed up, reported the press-service of the President of the RT.
