(Kazan City KZN.RU, November 19). Today in the House of Government of RT a meeting of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the companies "Mir Holding" and "Design Group" (Turkey) Ibrahim Mirmahmutogulları was held. The sides discussed a number of investment projects implemented by the Turkish side in the territory of Tatarstan. The meeting was attended by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.

Ibrahim Mirmahmutogulları noted that on 25 November this year in the special economic zone "Alabuga" the opening of production of polyethylene and polypropylene pipes will take place. The company is organized by LLC "Design Rus", part of the holding company "Design Group". Recall that the first stage of production was deployed in the leasable area of the industrial park "Synergy". In the future the Turkish company plans to build its own manufacturing plant. At the moment the total investment is estimated at 1.59 billion rubles.

Also Rustam Minnikhanov and Ibrahim Mirmahmutogulları discussed the progress of works on creation of specialized organized greenhouse area at the SEZ "Alabuga". The mega-project, which is planned to be deployed to the area of 1000 hectares, is designed to provide all Russia with fresh fruits and vegetables. At the first stage the Turkish company plans to develop 5 hectares. Rustam Minnikhanov instructed the relevant ministries and the leadership of the SEZ "Alabuga" to ensure a new production with necessary infrastructure, the press service of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan informs.
