Ilsur Metshin headed the September "National Rating"

(Kazan City KZN.RU, September 29). Center for Information Communications "Rating" in the framework of the project "National Rating" published a new study on the evaluation of the mayors of regional capitals and large financial and industrial centers of the Russian Federation in September 2015. Mayor Ilsur Metshin remains the leader of the "National Rating".

As the compilers of the rating note, the head of Tatarstan's capital showed high political activity over the past month: in addition to solving the problems of urban management and improvement, Ilsur Metshin participated in major electoral events of the head of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov. The team work of the Mayor and head of the subject of the Russian Federation brought the expected results. Elections in Tatarstan past with a high level of attendance and an impressive level of support of the current leadership (Rustam Minnikhanov received more than 94% of the vote). Demonstrating support for initiatives of the head of Tatarstan, Ilsur Metshin got an opportunity to strengthen its image: at the level of the regional center he remains the dominant political figure.

The bulk of the information for the study was collected in the second half of August - mid-September of this year. The ranking researchers turned to open source of materials and insider information. But the main focus of the experts of the "Rating" was paid to the views of regional and federal experts. This source determined the final results.

A single day of voting took place in the period under review. Of course, experts took into account the results and progress of election campaigns of different levels, past in the municipalities, in their assessments.

The mayor of Belgorod Sergey Bozhenov is in the second place of "the National rating", the head of administration of Tyumen Alexander Moor is the third.
