Only 3 establishments out of 34 checked satisfy the fire safety requirements
(KZN.RU, February 14, Taisiya Basharkina). Officials of Prosecutor’s Office and Fire Safety Authority continue to inspect public establishments. Ildus Nafikov, the Posecutor of Kazan reported at the Business Monday that only 3 establishments out of 34 satisfied the fire safety regulations. Other establishments cure their breaches.
Many directors get inspected voluntary. “There must not be any indulgency during the inspection”, Ildus Nafikov noted. In the near future EMERCOM will form a list of certified organizations which have a right to give recommendations and certificates.
As there are many enterprises and different institutions in Kazan, the heads of districts have been given more 3 days to make the list of organizations having fire safety breaches. “You are not an office of records, we don’t need meetings for show, we need results”, the Mayor said, addressing to heads of districts.
Mayor also asked Kazan Prosecutor to explore the issue with prosecutors of districts.
