Ilsur Metshin leads "People's Rating" among Russia's capital heads
(Kazan, KZN.RU, May 13). Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin leads the "People's Rating" among Russia's capital heads. The large-scale study evaluating the popularity of the Russian Federation capital city mayors was recently published by the "Rating" information and communication center.
The center specialists used materials from open sources and official data. The main source was the public opinion in the regions under study.
The winner of the rating was Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin (76 points). The second and third places went to the Khanty-Mansiysk and Moscow mayors (75 and 74 points, respectively). Completing the top five rankings were the mayors of Krasnodar and Tyumen (74 and 73 points, respectively).
