Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin, together with Deputy Head of the Minsk City Executive Committee Alexander Komendant and Bishkek Mayor Aybek Dzhunushaliev, visited the Moscow Government Situation. They were acquainted with the work of the unique multi-purpose complex.
The visit of representatives of Kazan, Minsk and Bishkek took place as part of the work of the Association of the BRICS Cities.
The Moscow Government Situation Center is a high–tech hub of operational monitoring and management of all processes of city life. The system allows monitoring the infrastructure, the socio-economic situation and the level of security in a megalopolis in real time.
During the visit, special attention was paid to HR services, as well as the digital ecosystem and the digital twin of the city. The visitors were acquainted with the city's digital services and interaction formats for residents.
The implementation of innovative projects in Moscow allows municipalities to study this experience and implement these technologies at their own level, said Ilsur Metshin. Moreover, focusing on the Moscow experience allows many projects to be implemented faster. “All Russian cities explore Moscow experience. By developing Moscow, you are developing other municipalities,”- said the Mayor.
The Moscow colleagues noted the importance of the created Association of BRICS Cities. The work of the Association allowed the Situation Center to cooperate on individual projects with Minsk and Bishkek. The Association was established at the initiative of Ilsur Metshin.
