«The Time of Law: In Search of a Universal Language in a Multipolar World»: The 4th Kazan International Legal Forum opens in Kazan

The 4th Kazan International Legal Forum opened in Kazan today. For two days, over 1,500 participants from 28 countries and 71 Russian cities will discuss issues related to coordinating inter-parliamentary cooperation, ensuring security, and international law and order. One of the venues for the forum was the Kamal Theater, which hosted a plenary session titled «Time of Law: In Search of a Universal Language in a Multipolar World». The event was attended by Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Construction Andrey Klishas, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on State Construction and Legislation Pavel Krasheninnikov, and Director of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, Taliya Khabrieva, among others.
The Forum is being held in Kazan for the fourth time. This year, representatives from 28 countries and 71 cities of Russia have joined the event. The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin emphasized that the goal of the forum is to provide a new impetus for scientific research and the implementation of proposals.
