A sports complex is currently under construction in the Salavat Kupere residential area. The foundation work and installation of the building frame has already been completed. The venue is designed to serve up to 800 to 1000 people daily. Padel and squash courts, three team sports playgrounds, a fitness area, and a yoga studio will be available here. The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin inspected the progress of the construction work.
“The construction of the sports venue in Salavat Kupere is a logical extension of previous investments in the social infrastructure of the residential area. The neighborhood continues to grow, and the new center, which can serve up to 360,000 visitors annually, is exactly what residents of Salavat Kupere need,”- said Ilsur Metshin.
A two-story sports venue with a total area of nearly 4,500 square meters will be located on Zilantovskaya Street. The complex includes sports facilities, a cafe with a seating area of 100 square meters, reception, 8 locker rooms, 3 medical rooms, and 2 offices. The nearby area will have parking for 108 cars. The annual capacity of the facility will be 360,000 visitors, with an hourly capacity of 64 people.
