(KZN.RU, November 28, by Ekaterina Andreyeva) Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the Russian Federation Pham Xuan Son. The sides discussed issues of further mutually beneficial cooperation and strengthening cultural and scientific relations.
It should be noted that Mr. Pham Xuan Son also had a meeting with Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov at Government House.
