The reporting session of the Kazan City Duma began in the City Hall
(KZN.RU, February 28). At these moments, the XXIV reporting session of the Kazan City Duma of the third convocation takes place at the Kazan City Hall. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, holds a meeting. 45 out of 49 deputies are present at the meeting, there is a quorum for making a decision.
Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, Yuri Kamaltynov, the deputy chairman of the State Council of the RT, Rustam Nigmatullin, the first deputy prime minister of the RT, Ekzam Gubaidullin, the chairman of the Council of Municipalities of the RT, deputies of the State Duma and the State Council, heads of the ministries and departments of the Republic, authorities, and others take part in the session.
