The platform of the multimedia exhibition “Russia is my history” will open in 2017 in Kazan
(KZN.RU, December 23). Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, got familiarized with the project of the large-scale multimedia exhibition “Russia is my history”, which is planned to be organized in Kazan next year. The project was presented at the House of the Tatarstan Government. Vasil’ Shaykhraziev, the deputy Prime Minister of the RT, Engel Fattakhov, the deputy Prime Minister of the RT and the Minister of Education and Science of the RT, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, Asgat Safarov, the head of the President’s Office, heads of ministries and departments took part in the event.
V. Shaykhraziev, the deputy Prime Minister of the RT, made a presentation. He noted that the historical park “Russia is my history”, the new educational and educational project, was opened exactly a year ago in Moscow at the Exhibition of Economic Achievements. It is based on the exhibition series “My history”, which was visited by more than 1.5 million people in 2013. Today, the “Russia is my history” is the only multimedia complex, which panoramically and fascinating represents the history of Russia from ancient times to the present. A distinctive feature of the historical park is the use of advanced technology, projection installations, dome areas of large-scale panoramas, “living” books and a variety of computer applications.
The next step was the decision to open regional sites of the historic park. Thus, the exhibition center “Russia is my history” will be opened in 25 cities of Russia, including Kazan, in 2017.
The central operator in the large-scale work is the Fund of humanitarian projects, which represents the common requirements for the artistic design and technical equipment areas.
V. Shaykhraziev noted that the concept of the regional exhibition “Russia is my history”, which includes the history of Tatarstan and Tatar national state, which is especially important on the eve of the celebration of Tatarstan’s the 100th anniversary in 2020, is being developed in the republic.
The opening of the historical park “Russia is my history” in Kazan is scheduled for the fourth quarter of next year. During the meeting, participants discussed various options for placement of the exposition, including the territory of the exhibition center “Kazan Fair”, reports the press-service of the President of the RT.
