Ilsur Metshin visited the houses under construction in the residential complexes "MOE" and "Prominent"

(Kazan City KZN.RU, April 15, Zilya Gayfi). Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited the construction sites of houses in residential complexes "MOE" and "Prominent". Mayor inspected construction works and answered questions from shareholders.

At the construction site of residential complex "MOE" of group of companies "Background" at st.Gubkin in the Sovietsky district Ilsur Metshin chaired a regular meeting of the headquarters. It was attended by the first deputy head of the Executive Committee on urban policy Azat Nigmatzyanov, Director of LLC "Breeze" Andrei Belyakov, technical director of the group of companies "Background" Sergei Orlov, director of "Background Riviera" Diana Akhmetzyanova and representatives of contractor companies.

About 100 shareholders gathered at a meeting with the Mayor. All in all, a residential complex "MOE", including 5 houses, is designed for 2299 apartments, of which, according to GC "Fon", more than a half is sold.

Today the contractor (the company "Breeze"), who undertook to finish building of the house №1 and №2, performs its work in the framework of agreements. However, at the meeting today real estate investors had a lot of questions about their houses №№3, 4 and 5 that have not yet even begun to be built. "There is a search of the investor and the contractor, who will be ready to take on the project, on the remaining three houses. We have agreed to increase the number of floors to be able to realize more apartments, and it is about 35 thousand square m. "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" has already developed the relevant draft. This will be discussed in the Government of the republic", - the Mayor said.

In a conversation with the head of the city real estate investors have expressed concerns that the anti-crisis plan of Tatarstan Government is not implemented, and no asset of "Fon" was fully sold (concrete plant, an entertainment complex "Sail", ceramic brick factory, office building of the company, apartments and other assets). According to the shareholders, the company cannot find a buyer, as it is afraid to sell assets too cheaply. "Finding of funding is conducted daily. Together with you, we are waiting for the result, when the law enforcement agencies will be able to tell us what resources we can expect to complete the construction", - I. Metshin said.

Concluding the meeting with real estate investors at LC "MOE", Ilsur Metshin noted that Kazan has a successful experience in solving problems of defrauded real estate investors, but in each case it is necessary to develop an individual scheme of "salvation". "For the previous five years, we have been able to put into operation 78 troubled houses. This year we have already found a solution for the other objects of "Fon" - LC "Symphony", the first house of which has recently been commissioned. We see the prospects for completion of construction of the objects in the "Sun City" and "Youth" complexes. However, there is no one pill for everyone, LC "MOE" remains one of the most problematic, and together we will look for a solution", - the Mayor said.

After LC "MOE" Ilsur Metshin visited the residential complex "Prominent", located in the Kirovsky district of the city at the intersection of st. G.Barudi and Krasnokokshayskaya. 17-storey house has been one of the long-term constructions of the city - permit for building for JSC "Agricultural Innovation and Technology Center" was issued in 2006. Today the house is fully completed and new tenants, among which there are also participants in the shared program, were able to move into their long-awaited housing.

Ilsur Metshin inspected the one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. "How nice is to hear that there are new tenants, not defrauded real estate investors. This house had a problem too. Today there are spacious apartments, nice sales office, there are projects for improvement. And it's very good. Congratulations on your new home,"- the Mayor addressed to of Kazan citizens who met him.

New settlers thanked the Mayor for the fact that their problem is solved, and they finally got their apartments. The house provides a platform for baby carriages and bicycles, landscaping is planned. Note that the neighborhood house at 200 apartments is being built in the residential complex "Prominent", the developer plans to complete it before the end of the year.
