Ilsur Metshin topped the February rating of heads of capitals of VFD in version of "Medialogia"
(Kazan City KZN.RU, 17 March). Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin won first place in media rating of information-analytical system "Medialogia" among the heads of the capitals of the subjects of the Volga Federal District for February 2016.
Media index of Ilsur Metshin was 3801.20 points on the analysis of federal and regional mass media. Last month the media reported on the meeting of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov with representatives of the deceived investors of RT capital and Motor City, which was attended by Ilsur Metshin. In addition, Ilsur Metshin instructed to increase concessional financial support to small and medium businesses of Kazan.
The mayor of Samara Oleg Fursov is in second place of media rating (2194.28 points), the head of the Saratov Oleg Grishchenko – at the third (1232.06 points).
Recall, the rating is based on a comprehensive "Medialogia" system, consisting of more than 30700 sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies, online media.
