The chairman, Mayor Ilsur Metshin opened the first session of Kazan City Duma of the third convocation. The Mayor congratulated the deputies on election to the City Duma. "Residents of the city have given us the great confidence, and we have much to do to justify it with our work," - the Mayor said to the elected ones and wished successful work to the benefit of Kazan.
