New universal sports ground opened near Kazan gymnasium №90

(Kazan City KZN.RU, September 19). The new universal sports ground opened today on the territory of the gymnasium №90 of the Sovietsky district of the capital of Tatarstan. Mayor Ilsur Metshin congratulated residents of the area and pupils of the school with the appearance of sports facility.

The opening ceremony was also attended by State Duma deputy, head of the social project of the party "United Russia" for the construction of sports facilities Ildar Gilmutdinov, head of the administration of the Sovietsky district Rustem Gafarov, the director of the gymnasium №90 Gulsina Zakirzyanova, deputies of the State Council of Tatarstan, Kazan City Duma, as well as players of FC "Rubin".

Ilsur Metshin thanked all those who participated in the project. He recalled that a little earlier the school has been overhauled, but the school grounds remained unimproved. School authorities and the students themselves appealed to the Mayor with the request for the construction of a sports ground during the forum "Kind Heart".

"The school has a great team of teachers, sensitive, attentive and caring children, who have achieved great success both academically and in sports, are studying here. Medals and winning do not come easy. They are earned with great difficulty. It is great that children accustomed to work from an early age ", - said the Mayor.

Universal sports field covers a large part of the territory of gymnasium №90. Here football field and athletics area with bleachers and locker rooms, hockey, basketball and volleyball courts are located. The sports facility is also fitted with various exercise equipment and ammunition for street workout training.

Ilsur Metshin inspected territory of a new site, spoke with the guests, young athletes and students of the gymnasium. The Mayor opened a football field, scoring the first penalty.

"We really want that every district of Kazan grow with such wonderful small stadiums. No matter how many champions will be - it is important that the children will grow up healthy, "- said I. Metshin and noted that the appearance of such universal playgrounds in the school yards will become usual for Kazan. The Mayor congratulated all with the opening and wished parents that their children delighted them with their health. "And we will do everything to ensure that they grow up happy and live in the best city of the country", - said Ilsur Metshin.

Hilarious sports event took place on the opening day at the new site, demonstrations of young athletes were held. Best bands of the district and the city pleased guests with their performances. Students of the school also received gifts - soccer ball signed by Ilsur Metshin and football form signed by players of FC "Rubin".
