R. Minnikhanov and I. Metshin assessed the new year decoration in the center of Kazan

(KZN.RU, December 22). Today, Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, got acquainted with the New Year decoration of the main walking areas of the center of Kazan – Bauman Street and the embankment of the Kaban Lake. The President of the RT was accompanied by Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan.

This year, the Italian company “Festi Group” was engaged in the decoration of Kazan. The company specializes in the development of the concept of festive events and the decoration of the urban environment with decorative systems. For today, the “Festi Group” has successfully organized more than 3.6 thousand events in 415 cities around the world.

The “Festi Group” has been working with Russian cities for many years. Earlier, Italian specialists implemented 5 projects in Moscow and 2 ones in St. Petersburg.

Valerio Festi, the co-founder of the “Festi Group”, gave explanations during the inspection of the embankment. The decor is focused on the deck near the G. Kamal Theater where the light composition of 28 meters high is placed and on the lower deck with the light arches.

Then Rustam Minnikhanov walked along Bauman Street. The Kazan “Arbat” was decorated with 40 luminous arches. Valerio Festi noted that 35 specialists from Italy worked on Kazan objects. In total, 102 thousand energy-saving lamps, 60 kilometers of wires and 90 wooden poles were used to create arches, reports the press service of the President of the RT.
