(KZN.RU, June 12, Alsu Safina). Today there are festive events in Kazan timed to the Day of Russia. The concert and entertainment program for residents of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts were organized in the Uritsky Park and the Central of Culture and Sport “Moskovsky”. Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, and Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan visited the venue. They congratulated the residents on one of the main holidays for the country.
The guests inspected the updated CCS “Moskovsky”, starting from the hall and the reception. There is a cafe on the ground floor; it hosted a master class for children and their parents from the Department of Food and Social Catering for the cooking of ginger biscuits today.
There is a co-working zone near, where the head of the republic talked with representatives of creative youth. Nurbek Batulla, the laureate of the Golden Mask Award for the play “Elif”, was among them. In May, a new performance of the talented dancer and choreographer “Shamail” was presented at the center.
The participants of the project “Zhiznelub” were taking classes today in different rooms of the cultural center. Some of them mastered the basics of housekeeping, others comprehended the basics of mobile education and studied the possibilities of the portal of state services of RT and messengers. Rustam Minnikhanov and Ilsur Metshin inspected the new sports and choreographic halls, visited classes in Indian culture and Chinese.
At this time, the big festive concert began in the concert hall for 420 seats, creative collectives of the cultural center, school-studios of the ensemble of dance “Kazan”, soloists of the city Philharmonia, many choreographic collectives, and the chorus “Ivushka’ performed on the stage.
The program with the title “Russia is My Homeland” was held in the Uritsky Park. It included musical numbers, competitions in auto-, air- and ship-modeling, and classes on a healthy lifestyle.
Retro cars were presented on the site in front of the main entrance of the cultural center. The President of the RT was interested in the represented motorcycles and cars, he talked to the owners and studied the cars.
Children from the studio of fine arts painted the image of a bus with the inscription “I love Russia” cut out of plywood in the colors of Russian tricolor.
Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the RT, and Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, congratulated all the guests were on the occasion.
"It is symbolic that new objects are opening in the capital”, said I. Metshin. He recalled that the main building of the center was opened in 1934, the second stage was introduced in the 60th year. During this time there was never a major overhaul in the House of Culture. Ilsur Metshin expressed the gratitude to the President of the RT for the fact that such a large-scale reconstruction of the building became possible.
Two years ago, the building was in such a depressing state, reminded Rustam Minnikhanov. “The main thing is that we laid modern solutions and comfortable conditions”, he said, thanking builders and designers for the work. “Everything is done well, for adults and for children”. The President marked that Kazan and Tatarstan are in need of such facilities, where everyone finds an interesting occupation for themselves. Rustam Minnikhanov drew attention to the fact that the work on repair of cultural institutions will continue. The works will be held in the House of Culture of “Zheleznodorozhnikov”, “Said-Galeev”, “Saidash” and “Chulpan”. The head of the republic gave the certificate to Naila Mustafina, the director of the CCS “Moskovsky”.
Asgat Safarov, the head of the Presidential Administration, Leila Fazleeva, the deputy prime minister of the RT, Irek Faizullin, the minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the RT, Natalia Fishman, an assistant to the President of the RT, Vladimir Leonov, the minister of Youth Affairs and Sports of the RT, Damir Fattakhov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, Sergey Mironov, the head of Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration, Azat Abzalov, the head of the Department of Culture, and others took part in the meeting.
