The Committee of Land and Property Relations has sent more than 2 billion rubles in Kazan budget in 2016

(KZN.RU, February 8). At the end of 2016, the Committee of Land and Property Relations sent 2 billion 130 million rubles to the Kazan budget. Renat Galyautdinov, the chairman of the committee, said this to Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of the city, in the annual report.

Land lease gave most of the mobilized amount. Budget revenues from 6586 land lease contracts with a total area of over 2,200 hectares accounted for 1 billion 82.2 million rubles, or 51% of the total the CLPR fees.

Transactions with land plots gave another 389 million rubles. There were 2501 ones last year, the largest of which was the sale of the land OOO “Leroy-Merlin” for the shopping center on the Orenburgsky Tract for 112.7 million rubles.

Shares of the “Novo-Savinovsky wholesale and retail market” have been sold to 300 million. Overall, revenues from privatization of municipal property accounted for 16% of all CLPR fees.

Rental of municipal property brought to the city budget 231 million 900 thousand rubles (about 11%) by the end of 2016. 160 land leases were signed in the past year, the total area of checked property was 49.7 thousand square meters. Agreements on preferential loan program, providing the absence of all lease payments during the first two years of using the premises, were signed on 33 objects, which area was 4.5 thousand square meters.

417 claims in the amount of 769.7 million rubles were filed in court in order to protect municipal property. This was the result of systematic work on the inventory of municipal property. Last year, it was held at the 263 facilities of Moskovsky and Aviastroitelny districts. In the end, 626 objects of engineering infrastructure were included in the municipal property, municipal property right is recognized by 5 ownerless houses with total area of 588.2 square meters, 4 projects with total area of about 746 square meters are undergoing the procedure of their recognition as community property.

9981 land plots were surveyed in 2016. 4182 acts of compliance with the land legislation were made based on the results of inspections. The area of 27 km was surveyed in the water protection zone of the Kuibyshev Reservoir on the 690 land plots. R. Galyautdinov reported that 739 materials were sent on the basis of administrative violations in the Rosreestr Office for the RT and 18 criminal cases on frauds in the field of land and property relations were brought on materials of the Committee for the period 2015-2016.

Also, 3730 inspections of non-residential facilities were conducted in the past year, 154 protocols of administrative offences were made. “This year, the main priorities in the work of the committee will be the protection of municipal property and conducting audits”, summarized Robert Galyautdinov.

Ilsur Metshin noted that systematic work must go on. "It's hard, not always interesting, boring, but important work. Bringing order to the city and replenishment of budget revenues is impossible without it”, marked the Mayor of Kazan.

Rustam Nigmatullin, the first deputy head of the Kazan municipal formation, Radik Shafigullin, the head of the Financial Department, and others also attended the event.
