Rustam Minnikhanov and Ilsur Metshin visited the new building of the AO “Tatenergosbyt” management

(KZN.RU, December 14). Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, visited the new building of the central management and customer service office of “Tatenergosbyt” on the Pavlyuhin Street today. Albert Nafigin, the assistant of the President of the RT, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, and others accompanied him.

Rifnur Suleymanov, the director of the AO “Tatenergosbyt”, was giving explanations during the inspection. He said that previously the offices of management and customer service were located in rented premises, which caused some inconvenience. Today, the company has an impressive client base, serving more than 850 thousand individuals and 33 thousand legal entities. This is the reason why the move was a matter of time.

All the conditions for the effective work of the staff and the convenience of customers are established in the new building. More than 70 rooms include subscriber rooms, work rooms, meeting rooms, meetings halls and other. In total 285 employees are located here.

On the ground floor, Rustam Minnikhanov was presented the work of customer service office of the “Tatenergosbyt”. 9 windows in the hall of the reception are functioning, terminals and info-box to use and display of your personal account options are available. Also an electronic queue was introduced for the convenience of customers, waiting places established. The President was told that all the rooms are adapted for people with limited mobility.

Also Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the process of the daily purchase of electricity on the wholesale market for the Republic of Tatarstan consumers. In particular, he learned about the peculiarities of the work on the power capacity market, the factors, affecting the formation of prices and tariffs, and the planning of electricity, reports the press-service of the President of the RT.
