December 2). Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, has launched an
educational seminar for the heads of public authorities of Tatarstan in the
Sberbank Corporate University. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, will be
trained as part of the delegation.
The seminar
“Modern technologies of management and their use in the public administration
reform” is organized on behalf of R. Minnikhanov for executives of public
authorities, heads of municipalities and other leading employees of the
Republic of Tatarstan.
Opening the
seminar, the President marked the importance of training for officials in
modern conditions. According to him, education in the Sberbank Corporate
University provides a high level of learning, as well as the highest
involvement in the learning process.
Training
seminar is held from 2 to 4 December on the basis of the Sberbank Corporate
University (Moscow region).
The main
purpose of the event is to introduce the leaders of public authorities in the
region with the best international and domestic management experience.
German
Gref, the chairman of the Board of Sberbank of Russia, will deliver a lecture
on new technological trends and models of effective management in the framework
of teaching. In addition, representatives of the Higher School of Public
Administration under the President of the Russian Federation RANEPA and the
Higher School of Economics invited as lecturers to speak at the seminar, reports
the Government portal of the RT.
