Advance tickets’ sale for the matches of the Confederations Cup 2017 for Visa cardholders will start tomorrow, on November 8, on the official website of FIFA, which will run until November 17. On December 1 the tickets will be available for sale. Kazan citizens should become the first and main guests of the Confederations Cup, said Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan.
The FIFA Confederations Cup, which will be held from June 17 to July 2 2017, will be attended by Germany, world champion, Russia, the team of host country, as well as the champions of all continents: Australia, Chile, Mexico, Portugal and New Zealand. Africa's representative will be determined in February 2017.
“I advise all residents of the city, not just football fans, be sure to purchase a ticket at the start of their implementation”, addressed the Mayor to Kazan citizens. “You've seen teams that will participate in the tournament - people fly across the ocean to see such football. It will be super-holiday and super-football. It is necessary to see such thing once in a lifetime. The atmosphere is unforgettable. I really want to ensure that our residents have taken advantage of such a unique opportunity”.
